In June 2023, the Human Resource Management Center actively participated in the application of "2023 Qingdao Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise Identification", and was reviewed by Pingdu and Qingdao human resources and social security departments. On November 27, 2023, Qingdao Xinguangzheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. won the title of "2023 Qingdao Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise".

In recent years, the city has actively implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and The State Council, the provincial Party committee and the provincial Party Committee and the municipal government on building harmonious labor relations, and has continued to promote enterprises and industrial parks to build standardized, orderly, fair and reasonable, mutually beneficial and win-win, harmonious and stable labor relations. In order to encourage advanced, set up a typical, and play an exemplary role, in accordance with the requirements of the "Qingdao Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise Qingdao Harmonious Labor Relations Industrial Park evaluation and Management Measures", the municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other four departments jointly carried out the 2023 municipal harmonious labor relations evaluation work, and the 2020 Qingdao harmonious labor relations enterprises were reviewed. After the procedures of self-evaluation, organizational evaluation, municipal investigation and evaluation and public announcement, 69 enterprises including Qingdao Water Group Co., Ltd. and an industrial park of Xinhe Chemical Base decided to name themselves as "Qingdao Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise 2023" and "Qingdao Harmonious Labor Relations Industrial Park 2023" through evaluation. Zhonglu Property Insurance Co., Ltd. and other 73 enterprises through review, decided to retain the "Qingdao harmonious labor relations enterprise" identification, is now announced.
The identified enterprises and industrial parks shall effectively play an exemplary role in building harmonious labor relations. All kinds of enterprises and industrial parks in the city should take the typical example and actively contribute to the construction of harmonious labor relations in the new era from the actual situation of each unit.
